MC Mission Crew

MC recently partnered with Brightbridge and has four new employees who make up the MC Mission Crew! 

Brightbridge's mission is to bridge the gap between employers and talented, deeply committed, and often overlooked, candidates with diverse abilities​

They partner with employers to hire, support, and retain individuals with differing abilities by focusing on their gifts, not their disability, ultimately improving the bottom line through the proven benefits of disability inclusion

They empower neurodiverse individuals by equipping them with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace

Our new crew quickly became part of the MC Family and we are grateful to have them on campus!

Kyle Colbert

My name is Kyle, and I love to work and be part of the community.

I have many skills to offer - I can clean places thoroughly, I am organized, I work well in offices with structure, and I work well as part of a team. I have great skills with people, I look others in the eye when communicating, and l offer everyone around me encouragement to do their best.

I look forward to contributing with enthusiasm to your workplace!

Nikki Blue

My name is Nykenge, but I like when people call me Nikki!

I am very ambitious, I love to work, volunteer, and stay busy. I work hard at all my jobs.

I can work in food service, retail, as well as in an office. I'd like to show my passion and professionalism for the industry.

I am super personable and people say that my smile can light up a room. I am gracious, kind, polite, and cheerful. With the support of my parents, I have learned independence.

I am a native of Malden and want my future to be in Malden, I love my hometown!

James Kavanaugh

I am a friendly and reliable individual with experience in customer service, food preparation, and team work. Throughout my roles at Bitty and Beau's Coffee and
Inspire Cafe, I have learned how to welcome customers, take their orders, and operate a cash register. I enjoy working with others and contributing to a positive work environment! I completed the MAICEl Program at Salem State University, where I strengthened my job skills. Outside of work, I love watching and playing sports!

Ash Connolly

Over the years, I have held many jobs from coffee shop worker, to kitchen assistant, to assembly person, to clerk. I shine most when I interact with people!

I communicate my enthusiasm, am always welcoming to others, and follow instructions. I love being part of a team.

I am a Special Olympian and have earned gold medals in competitions.

I am eager to be part of a community and give back in the workplace. I love swimming, basketball, golf, bowling, floor hockey, and movies.
