MC DECA Team Celebrates Success
Seventeen Malden Catholic DECA students competed at the Massachusetts DECA State Career Development Conference (SCDC). These students earned their spots at Regionals in January and represented MC with pride.
The team competed against the best business students in Massachusetts in areas like Entrepreneurship, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Tourism.
We’re excited to share that Juniors Veer Garad and Harrison Haith earned 2nd place in Entrepreneurship Team Decision Making, qualifying them for DECA’s International Career Development Conference (ICDC)! This is the first time multiple MC students have earned spots at ICDC in the same year.
Seniors Adrian Babu and Jack Malarkey came very close, making it to the finals in Travel and Tourism Marketing Team Decision Making.
Congratulations to all our members for their hard work at States! And a huge thank you to everyone who supported the club throughout the year!
