Bashers Volunteers
Adrian Babu and Henry Soto at our annual banquet to celebrate this year's Bashers season. The Bashers are a Special Olympics softball team sponsored by Triangle, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Malden, Massachusetts. The team consists of both male and female players, ranging in age from 25 to over 60, who are primarily participants in Triangle, Inc.'s programs. The team practices weekly from June to August and participates in an annual community game and the Massachusetts Special Olympics August Tournament.
They were both key volunteers (among many other MC players) throughout the season and made a wonderful difference to the program and the players. We were delighted that they came to celebrate with us!
