Experienced Human Resources Leader Joins Malden Catholic

Malden Catholic today announced the appointment of Kathryn Mageary, PHR, SHRM-CP, as Director of Human Resources. Mageary brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across leading human services organizations, healthcare providers, and HR consultancies.

Mageary has broad expertise spanning recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR systems, compliance, and strategic planning. She is recognized for her collaborative, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented approach to supporting organizations and their people.

In her role, Mageary will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including HR and Payroll, to support faculty and staff while implementing best practices to strengthen processes and advance the school’s overall employee experience.
