A New Era at Malden Catholic

Malden Catholic is proud to share a remarkable story of transformation and growth. Over the past few years, we’ve doubled our enrollment, launched a Girls Division, and recently introduced new 7th and 8th-grade programs - each a milestone in our commitment to delivering exceptional, mission-driven education.

Adding to this great story is the opening of our new $31 million academic and athletic facility. This state-of-the-art building includes a turf field and field house, a gymnasium and court, a modern fitness center, and specialized classrooms for entrepreneurship, biomedical sciences, and our expanding middle school program.

President Thornburg recently had the opportunity to share Malden Catholic’s story with WBZ Radio -highlighting the extraordinary generosity of our supporters and partners who made this vision a reality, and how we are emerging as a national model for sustainable Catholic education in an urban environment.
